NEW DATE

February 25, 2024, Sunday, Wellness Ministries is planning a presentation of “Plant-based Cooking Options” at 4:30 PM in the fellowship hall.  Their goal is to allow people to choose what they are eating by giving demonstrations and tastings to inspire healthier eating options. This meeting will be soup options – whole food, plant-based, SOS (sugar, oil, salt) free whenever possible. From this meeting, we can find out who would be interested in more detailed classes, video presentations, and/or documentaries for whole food, plant-based eating.  Reservations are required to make sure enough soup is available. A sign-up sheet is posted on the church bulletin board. Any questions, please contact Karen Maas.
